Russell has over 30 years in the HVAC field, was a lead technician at both PHA (Peninsula Heating and Air - in Gloucester) and with Philips Oil and Gas (also in Gloucester, VA) and is a NATE certified
master technician. He believes in doing each job right the first
time. Russell is accompanied by David Bishop. David brings 10+ years of LP Gas service to the
table and was previously with was a lead technician at both PHA (Peninsula Heating and Air - in Gloucester) and with Philips Oil and Gas (also in Gloucester, VA). All of the skilled technicians at Atlantic
Heating and Air are courteous and willing to educate the customer.
